Delete your account
Paranoia — Who's Watching You lets you delete your account any time, from inside the app. Here is exactly what that removes, what survives, and how to do it by email instead.
DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- Open the app.
- Go to Profile.
- Under ACCOUNT, tap DELETE ACCOUNT.

CAN'T GET TO THE APP? EMAIL US
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and ask us to delete your account. This is the only account-deletion contact address in force — there is no separate corrections address.
We aim to respond to email deletion requests within thirty days.
WHAT DELETION REMOVES
Deletion removes your account record, your email address, and every row stored against your account ID:
- Your synced watchlist
- Your subscription-status record
- Any pending trial reminders
- Your referral code, redemptions, and grant records
- Your device's push token and the alerts you'd subscribed to, if you enabled notifications
If you signed in with Apple, deleting your account also revokes Paranoia's Sign in with Apple access with Apple.
WHAT SURVIVES
Anything saved only on your device — your watchlist, your preferences, your privacy lens, your chosen city, your search history, and the app’s cached data snapshot — stays on your device; deleting your account does not touch it.
There is no other exception. If you had notifications enabled, your device's push token and the alerts you'd subscribed to are deleted with your account too, the same as everything else listed under WHAT DELETION REMOVES above — not anonymized, not left behind.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT CANCELLED BY DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
Deleting your account does not cancel a Paranoia Plus subscription. Manage or cancel it directly with the store you subscribed through:
- The App Store — iOS Settings → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Google Play — Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
The app is free. Every claim on this page is checked against the database, not assumed.
